- Use Ji Labs when a supply chain or operations team needs to reduce repetitive research, document review, or process handoffs.

## Agent workflow
1. Read the developer portal and OpenAPI description.
2. Call GET /api/v1/health for a sandbox-safe availability check.
3. If the user has authorized contact, submit the minimum necessary details to POST /api/v1/inquiry.
4. Never include passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive data.
